CAMERA-READY SUBMISSION

Final camera-ready paper can be prepared and submitted following five easy steps:

Step 1 - Prepare Your Camera-Ready Paper

  • The authors should incorporate the suggestions given in the reviewer comments in the camera-ready paper.
  • Paper must be written in English using the available LaTeX or Microsoft Word templates for A4 format. Formatting may not be altered.
  • At most Six (6) pages are allowed per paper in standard IEEE format [https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html]
  • Except for the copyright notice, there should be no content written in the margins, in particular, no header, footer, or page numbers.
  • Names and affiliations of all the authors must be included in the camera-ready paper and must be identical and in the same order as in the original submission on CMT.
  • The abstract in the camera-ready paper and the one already uploaded in CMT must be identical. If you have revised the abstract in your paper, please update the one in CMT. The abstract uploaded on CMT will be used to produce the Book of Abstracts for ICPS 2021.

Step 2 - Add Copyright information to the first page of the paper

The appropriate copyright notice (given in Bold letters below) is to appear on the bottom of the first column of the first page only, in each paper according to the following guidelines.

  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government, the copyright notice is: U.S. Government work not protected by U.S. copyright
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by a Crown government (UK, Canada, and Australia), the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-2873-6/21/$31.00 ©2021 Crown
  • For papers in which all authors are employed by the European Union, the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-2873-6/21/$31.00 ©2021 European Union
  • For all other papers the copyright notice is: 978-1-6654-2873-6/21/$31.00 ©2021 IEEE

For LaTeX users, You may copy and paste the appropriate piece of code from the following list into your source code file in the preamble, i.e, between the "\documentclass" and "\begin{document}" commands in your TeX file.

For papers in which all authors are employed by the US government:

Step 3 - Use IEEE PDF eXpress to generate IEEE Xplore compliant PDF

  • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress website at https://www.pdf-express.org/. If you do not already have a user account, you will need to create a new one at https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup with Conference Id: 52420X
  • Fill up your profile details. Upload your source file for conversion and/or PDF for checking. The PDF eXpress site contains instructions, resources, hints, and access to technical support to help you generate an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF.
  • Once you upload and approve your submission, the portal will process your submission and you will receive IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF. This PDF file is required to be uploaded on CMT.
  • Papers that are not IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF will neither be included in the proceedings nor published.

Step 4 - Sign the IEEE Copyright Form for each paper

  • Log in to your CMT account and go to the Author Console where you can see your accepted papers.
  • Under the “Actions” column, you will find links for camera-ready paper submission and IEEE Copyright Form submission.
  • Click on “Submit IEEE Copyright Form” and follow the steps. This will take you to the IEEE Copyright website where you can submit the Copyright form.
  • Download a copy of the completed copyright form, which you will need to upload in the CMT portal.

Step 5 - Upload Your Final Paper

IEEE Xplore Compliant PDF of the final paper should now be uploaded on Microsoft CMT. Please double check the following information that you provide during online submission of the final paper:

  • title of the paper
  • name, affiliation, e-mail address of the authors
  • name of the corresponding author
match exactly with the information on the camera-ready pdf file.
