Registration

Instructions for Registration:

1. Registration is OPEN and the Procedure for Registering at ICPS 2021 should be followed thoroughly. The Procedure is available here.

2. At least one author for each accepted paper must register.

3. Each registration entitles the author to present maximum two accepted papers.

4. At least one author must present their accepted paper in the conference for consideration of publication on IEEE Xplore. The presenter must be a registered author for the conference.

5. Registration fee includes attendance at all technical sessions and tutorials.

6. Registration fee is inclusive of all applicable taxes.

7. Student registrants are required to upload their Intuitional ID card as a PDF file during online registration process.

8. IEEE members are requested to upload Affiliation ID and IEEE Member card scanned to a single PDF file during online registration process.

9. Only Accepted and Presented papers in ICPS2021 will be submitted for possible inclusion in IEEE Xplore online digital library.

10. Further, authors of selected papers may be invited to submit extended versions of their manuscripts for considerations in IEEE Transactions on Industry Applications.

Important Notes:

1. Registration category should be chosen appropriately from the table given below.

2. Early Bird Registration closes on Oct 25, 2021.

3. Payment gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.

4. Registration fees are not refundable or non-transferable.

5. Registrants availing registration under IEEE member category, must have a currently valid IEEE membership card and that need to be uploaded.

6. Please keep a copy of the generated transaction ID by the payment gateway as well as by your bank. These may be required, if you need to track your payment/registration later.

7. Please note, ICPS 2021 organizing committee will not be responsible for any financial loss caused by improper transactions during registration process in ICPS 2021.
